The complex that houses the small hotel is also home to a restaurant serving cuisine with a typically local base.

This year it is again included in the famous Michelin Guide (it has been included since 2007) and it still boasts the services of Chef Iacono Calogero, in charge of the kitchen since the outset.

After working in various kitchens around the world, from the Maldives to Greece and Tunisia, he has settled in Maranello. And he has been creating exquisite food here for more than 5 years.

 

The key factor is the focus on raw materials and their seasonal freshness. This makes Locanda del Mulino a wonderful place to eat all year round, savouring its fragrant flavours. Do not mess the local “crescentine” muffins with local cold cuts, cheeses and savoury rabbit.

The Locanda del Mulino cellar contains about 150 wines, with good selection from local producers and selected wines from all regions of Italy
There is a special focus on small wine-makers working to high quality standards.
